The exemption list is reviewed every 6 months and it is likely that the product in the exemption list is no longer exempt the following year. Please note that Exemption Letter is good only for customs clearance and may not be respected in the actual market. It might be useful for you to obtain a Voluntary GOST Certificate for marketing purposes unless your product is just a small part of a machinery, like a piece of metal.
