Voluntary GOST Certificate
The voluntary GOST certificate is not mandatory. But in the actual market it is likely that you will be asked for your GOST certificate and maybe it is difficult for you to explain what your Letter of Exemption means. So unless your product is just a piece of metal (or similar category), the voluntary GOST certificate is recommendable, and is often obtained by our clients. Although this is termed a VOLUNTARY certificate it is required for some types of products (even though they are not in the mandatory list). We can advise you if your product requires a Voluntary GOST certificate. GOST Certificate, adding to the exemption letter which is still necessary for customs clearance. |
